The all-new Sunningdale really is a range that sets new standards with innovative space planning providing a whole new dimension in holiday home design. At first glance you’ll notice large windows to all three sides of the open plan lounge, this is increased further with the option of patio doors. A comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofa upholstered in a soft contemporary fabric complements the soft toned floral curtains and optional scatter cushions. A matching storage foot pouffe is available as an optional extra.

The focal point in the lounge is the fitted furniture with a ‘Lavascape’ fireplace, wall mounted mirror, storage drawers and TV shelf which all match the dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen units in the Romana Cherry wood grain finish. Ample storage can be found in the kitchen along with a domestic twin cavity oven, stainless steel sink and stunning new timber clear flooring. An optional kitchen layout is available to include an integrated fridge and freezer.

Through the shaped hallway you’ll notice the spacious twin room design that provides more holiday comfort and storage in both models. Both the two and three bed master bedrooms have full-length wardrobes, a vanity area, cubed stool and en-suite with dual flush efficient toilets. The bedrooms all have stunning ‘Capri Mulberry’ cotton curtains which co-ordinate with the ‘Salsa’ striped headboards. Matching ‘Capri Mulberry’ bed runners are available as optional extras in the main bedrooms and all bedrooms have optional satin stripe ‘Ivory’ duvet sets.

The family bathroom contains full size shower with thermostatic mixer, full-length shelf storage and towel radiator.

Modern spotlights throughout, brushed aluminium switchgear and 28mm satin silver curtain poles add to the luxury of the interior whilst the new Sandstone wood grain cladding gives the exterior a refreshing yet practical look and puts the all new Sunningdale range firmly at the top of the list for 2012.
