Q. Can I buy an ABI holiday home direct from you?

A. ABI is a leading manufacturer of holiday homes and sells through an approved list of parks and dealerships across the UK. Please use our park and dealer locator to find your nearest one.

Q. Where can I view an ABI holiday home?

A. We showcase our holiday home ranges at different events across the UK. To find out where we’re showing, please look at our upcoming events and shows. You can also contact any of our approved parks and dealerships directly to find out which of our holiday home ranges they currently have on show at their parks.

Q. Who do I speak to if I have to report a fault?

A. In the first instance, please report any issues to your park or dealerership who will contact the ABI warranty and aftersales team on your behalf.

Q. Which parks and dealerships sell ABI?

A. To find your nearest approved park or dealership, please use our park and dealer locator to find your nearest one. You can search by postcode, location or on the map.

Q. How often do you add new holiday homes?

A. Each year our talented team of designers create a new collection which is showcased at The Lawns Show in September. The new collection will also be showcased on the website after the event – so make sure you keep checking back to see the latest updates.

Q. I have an ABI from a previous collection. Can you provide me with information?

A. We strive to look after all our customers, old and new. However, due to changes in technology and formats that are used to save information, we can only provide floorplans, layouts and technical specs backdated as far as 2009, depending on the model.

High quality photography is available for models dating back to 2007 and newer.

Q. How and where can I buy spares, replacements or additional items for my ABI Holiday Home?

A. You can order ABI Holiday Home spares from your park or dealer. Simply provide your van details, including the serial no., to ensure a match is identified, and describe the part or item you are looking for. The park or dealer will receive indication on the availability of the part and a quotation from the parts team at ABI. The part will be ordered for you when the park or dealer confirms to proceed on the quote. Please note, in some cases we may not be able to supply certain spares/parts.

As we only operate with trade accounts and do not have retail facilities, we do not sell directly to the public.

Q. Where can I find the unique serial no. on my ABI?

A. The serial no. is on your paperwork but can also be found in the following places in the holiday home, depending on its age:

• First crossbeam of the chassis on the nearside of the van
• ID plate at the rear of the holiday home
• On the inside of the boiler cupboard door
